Adam came up for an extended weekend sampler and was not disappointed. He had an epic day on Saturday fishing nymphs and streamers on the Pit, a fair day on the Upper Sac on Sunday and concluded with a great finale Monday drifting the Lower Sac. Adam spends most of his time fishing small streams in the Sierra and had never fished out of a driftboat. He is a solid angler and a quick study and adjusted nicely to some new techniques for fishing the “big” water and bigger fish in the Shadow of Shasta. He landed a fish pushing twenty inches from each stream and several on the Lower Sac. Did I mention the weather was awesome? What a Weekend!
